If you’ve tried many different therapy services and still don’t feel like they are working for you, then a group therapy session is worth considering.

Group therapy provides benefits that you may not get in traditional therapy. There's a sense of camaraderie in group therapy that helps build traits such as accountability, self-discovery, and confidence. Equine-Assisted Therapy Groups

Horses and humans have had a connection for thousands of years. It's this connection that has made horses experts in reading and mirroring human emotions, which has led to the popularity in equine-assisted therapy, also called Horse Therapy, Equine-Assisted Therapy, and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

McCaskill Family Services has teamed up with Howell Equestrian to offer equine therapy, which includes various activities, including therapeutic riding. A specialized equine therapist will give equine therapy patients direct feedback on their pattern of problematic behaviors, including self-defeating negative thoughts and actions.
